RTPI launches enforcement handbook

The RTPI has launched an updated Planning Enforcement Handbook to ensure that local authorities in England have access to the latest best practice advice to deal with various enforcement challenges effectively.

The handbook was launched today (18 May) at an online event.

Funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), members of the RTPI’s National Association of Planning Enforcement (NAPE) wrote the handbook.
