RTPI: Automatic permission for housing land won’t increase housing supply

A new study by the RTPI has suggested that attaching automatic planning permission to housing land allocated in local plans in England 'would have limited impact' on increasing the supply of homes.

Planning Risk and Development considers how developers might react to a system similar to the zoning approach used in the United States.
