A nature and outdoor sculpture park has been chosen by the public as Ireland’s Best Place.

Nearly 12,000 people voted for their favourite from a shortlist of 10 places, with Lough Boora Parklands receiving an 18 per cent share.Lough Boora Parklands in County Offaly attracts 100,000 visitors a year.
