Prince of Wales sets out his plan for delivering sustainable communities

Homes and workplaces should be better integrated to make communities more sustainable, and design exercises should be run with local builders and architects, according to Prince Charles.

The Prince’s Foundation has launched a manifesto – Housing Britain: A Call to Action – that builds on the Duchy of Cornwall’s work to create two settlements, Poundbury on the edge of Dorchester and Nansledan on the outskirts of Newquay.
