JR lined up over south Dublin fast-track flats

Eight residents have been given permission by the High Court to pursue a legal challenge over An Bord Pleanála’s fast-track approval for 255 new homes at a site in the south Dublin suburb of Killiney. The developer has issued separate proceedings seeking an injunction restraining the JR as it claims the action is being funded by third parties with no legitimate interest in the proceedings.
