South East council seeks to quash planning decisions issued in error

Swale Borough Council is seeking judicial reviews on five planning decisions that were issued in error.

Following public consultation last year, Scottish ministers have concluded that the Scottish Land Court and the Lands Tribunal for Scotland should be unified to form an expanded Land Court. The move is expected to offer substantial benefits to users of the services offered by the two bodies.
