A High Court judge has dismissed an application for a judicial review brought over a multimillion-pound development known as the Northern Gateway scheme earmarked for council-owned land in Colchester.

Pontefract contract disclosure ruling

The First-tier Tribunal has upheld a decision by the Information Commissioner’s Office that required a town council to disclose a contract entered more than five years ago with a developer over the multimillion-pound sale of a sports complex in Pontefract which was meant to help deliver more than 150 new homes, permission for which is the subject of a separate legal wrangle.
