Dundee FC stadium development includes homes, hotel and crematorium

Located on a site next to Camperdown Leisure Park near the Dundee Ice Arena, the development would also include 210 new homes (a mix of house and flats), a 100-bedroom hotel, a crematorium, restaurants, a crèche, gymnasia, local shops, and a new training pitch. The club is also proposing to extend the ice rink.

The club initially submitted a proposal of application notice to the city council in 2017, but following a public exhibition of the proposals, they were never progressed.

Now a fresh proposal of application to the local planning authority has outlined plans to deliver the new stadium by 2024. The stadium would include a museum, bars, and a club shop.
