Budget 2018: Questions over high street measures

Questions have arisen about whether measures to improve the high street and help it adapt in the face of the growing online offer are enough. They are though, a start, the industry has said.

The chancellor laid out several measures in the Budget, including cutting high street bills by a third and a £675 million Future High Streets Fund.
