Action plans required if housing delivery falls below requirement, draft PPG outlines

Following the publication of the draft update of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) published draft Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). It comprises six chapters – Viability, Housing Delivery, Local Housing Need Assessment, Neighbourhood Plans, Plan-making and Build to Rent. Here, The Planner looks at some of the key measures outlined.
