Enforcement: Notice upheld against 13 Cambridge ‘hybrid use’ flats

An inspector has upheld enforcement action against 13 flats in central Cambridge let as short-term holiday accommodation after finding that they were in ‘some sort of hybrid use’ between use classes C1 (hotel) and C3 (residential).
