Enforcement: Action against Camden flats quashed under ‘four-year rule’

An inspector has quashed enforcement action against four studio flats on Camden High Street after ruling that the unauthorised use had existed for at least four years, despite the appellant’s ‘surprising’ failure to provide rent and utility bill records.
