Enforcement: 1.5-tonne ‘camping pods’ are buildings despite manufacturer’s advice

An inspector has upheld enforcement action against four ‘camping pods’ installed at a campsite in the New Forest, ruling that they were not caravans or tents but buildings that required planning permission.
