Appeal: Wildlife protection measures gain approval for Flintshire homes


A 58-home development has been approved for Mold, Flintshire, after measures to protect wildlife and a disagreement over affordable housing provision were settled.

Inspector Hywel Wyn Jones noted that the appeal was appropriate for the site in question, which was “unused and overgrown” and had been designated for housing development within the Flintshire Unitary Development Plan (UDP).
