Appeal: Welsh planning secretary overrules inspector to allow wind farm

Lesley Griffiths has approved plans for seven wind turbines in Powys against the recommendation of a planning inspector, ruling that the scheme's contribution towards national renewable energy targets outweighed landscape and heritage concerns.
