Appeal: 'Very large' homes would 'frustrate aims' of local plan

Plans for five five-bedroom homes in Essex would be 'entirely at odds' with the identified need for smaller homes to cater for young and elderly people, an inspector has ruled, despite the scheme's 'commendable' design.
