Appeal: Uncertainty over council’s housing shortfall sees 60 Devon homes approved


Permission has been granted for the development of 60 dwellings in the village of Uffculme, Devon, after an inspector disagreed with Mid Devon District Council’s methods for establishing a five-year housing land supply.

Inspector Robert Parker noted that the development plan makes provision for 6,800 dwellings between April 2006 and March 2026.
