Appeal: Two green belt homes allowed under separate exceptions

A scheme that involved replacing a property in the green belt with a new home as well as building an additional ‘infill dwelling’ at the site has been approved by an inspector, who found that both parts of the proposal fell under different green belt policy exceptions.
