Appeal: Tall building rejected for harm to area and loss of LGBT+ venue

A mixed-use redevelopment comprising a 12-storey building in East London has been rejected because it would lead to the loss of a LGBT+ nightclub as well as harming conservation areas and the character and appearance of the locality.
