Appeal: Summer permission for wedding tipis allowed despite local opposition

A wedding venue will no longer have to dismantle its tipis after each event in accordance with permitted development rules as an inspector granted temporary permission for the venue to operate between May and September.

The appeal relates to an open patch of land comprised of restored gravel pits, east of White Colne, Colchester.
