Appeal: Revised homes plan near Solent would do no more harm than ‘fallback’ option
Outline permission for up to 125 homes, a community centre and parkland in Funtley, Hampshire, has been granted after an inspector concluded that the proposal would not cause more harm than a scheme previously approved for the site.
