Appeal: Poultry panic from RAF helicopters justifies on-site home

An essential need existed for a temporary worker’s dwelling at a poultry farm in Shropshire, an inspector found, after he was persuaded that the window of opportunity to prevent the loss of stock can be as little as five minutes.
