Appeal: Pandemic effect on housing supply ‘temporary’, rules inspector

In refusing plans for 81 homes in Bedfordshire, an inspector ruled that although disruptions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic had brought the council’s marginal housing land supply below five years, these effects were likely to be temporary.
