Appeal: Major mixed-use development allowed for Hartlepool


Brenda Road Holdings Ltd has been granted permission for the demolition of buildings in an existing employment area and the construction of a major new development to include 300 apartments for over-55s and 80 homes in Hartlepool.

The scheme will also include a 70-bed care home, 50 residential apartments, 80 key worker apartments, a community centre, retail and office use.
