Appeal: Link to garage would make house too large to be affordable

A condition limiting the internal floor area of a Shropshire house to 100 square metres is necessary to make sure it remains appropriate to the local affordable housing market, an inspector has ruled, preventing plans to link the house to an adjacent garage.
