Appeal: Landscape-led rethink of Bolton housing scheme wins approval

Developer Bellway Homes has won permission to build 167 homes on protected land near Bolton, after persuading an inspector that the plans were ‘materially different’ from an application it made in 2018 to develop the site, which was rejected at appeal.
