Appeal: Jenrick approves housing in World Heritage Site buffer zone

The housing secretary has allowed plans for up to 118 homes in the buffer zone of the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site in Derbyshire, ruling that the scheme’s ‘extremely limited’ heritage harm was outweighed by its benefits.
