Appeal: Housing scheme upgrade allowed in Aberdeenshire

An inspector has approved plans for 142 homes in Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire, superseding an extant permission for 109 homes on the site that already met its ‘indicative capacity’ as set out in the local development plan.
