Appeal: Housing scheme incompatible with village’s ‘sense of place’

The housing secretary has refused plans for 40 homes on the edge of a village in Gloucestershire despite finding a housing supply shortfall, after taking into account the new definition of ‘deliverable’ in the revised NPPF.
