Appeal: Housing harm to world heritage site deemed unacceptable

The housing secretary has refused permission for 185 homes on land in the Derwent Valley Mills World Heritage Site buffer zone, after approving plans by a different developer to build 118 homes on land less than two miles away on the same day.
