Appeal: HMOs have led to ‘negative perceptions’ of Pontypridd student area

Plans for another HMO in Treforest, an area of Pontypridd near the University of South Wales where 32 per cent of houses are shared, would not maintain a sustainable community balance, an inspector has ruled.
