Appeal: Harborough homes allowed following High Court ruling

Outline permission has been approved for 50 homes and other works for land south of Crowfoot Way in Broughton Astley, Leicestershire, after a previous refusal of the scheme was quashed by the High Court.
The application, which also includes plans for a scout hall, land for school use, allotments and public open space, was refused permission in December 2015 because the inspector concluded that the scheme failed to make adequate provision for any impacts upon local infrastructure and for affordable housing.
But this decision was quashed by the High Court in February 2016.
