Appeal: Fourth pizza takeaway in Eltham street would add ‘vibrancy’

An inspector has approved plans for a Papa John’s takeaway in Well Hall, Eltham, ruling that the three existing pizza takeaways on the same street ‘indicated the popularity of that type of food’.
