Appeal: Feltham flats blocked for ‘unimaginative and regimented’ design

An inspector has dismissed plans for two blocks to provide 78 flats in Feltham, after finding that the ‘poor-quality’ scheme was worse than that of a similar scheme approved during the course of the appeal.
