Appeal: Family disagreement does not justify farm worker’s log cabin

A log cabin for use as a rural worker’s dwelling on a Leicestershire farm was refused because a farmhouse occupied by the appellant’s mother already exists on the site, despite her refusal to move out or share the house with her son and his family.
