Appeal: Eynsham housing would not compromise future development

Vanderbilt Beaconsfield Ltd has been granted permission to develop 77 dwellings on the former Eynsham Nursery and Garden Centre site in Oxfordshire, after an inspector ruled that the proposal would not negatively effect future comprehensive development on the western edge of Eynsham.

Inspector GP Jones noted that it was accepted that West Oxfordshire District Council (WODC) could not demonstrate a five-year supply of deliverable housing sites, thus rendering relevant housing policies out of date.
