Appeal: Essential need at alpaca farm outweighs green belt harm

An inspector has allowed plans for an agricultural worker’s home at an alpaca farm in the Nottingham green belt, deciding that the unpredictable breeding pattern of alpacas created an essential need for 24-hour supervision.
