Appeal: East Devon hotel plan would ease out-of-town shortfall in holiday accommodation

Planning permission has been granted for a hotel of up to 130 bedrooms at a caravan and camping site in Clyst St Mary after an inspector ruled in favour of the scheme’s significant economic benefits.
