Appeal: Disability need does not justify home's 122% enlargement

An inspector has rejected a homeowner's plans to extend a house in the Cheshire countryside to provide a sensory room for his disabled grandchild, ruling that a cumulative 122 per cent increase in the size of the home was unacceptable.
