Appeal: Clark refuses wind turbine amid lack of community support

Communities secretary Greg Clark has overruled an inspector’s decision to approve the erection of a single wind turbine in Kislingbury, Northamptonshire, after determining that community concerns about the visual impact of the turbine had not been addressed.
The appeal was recovered as it “raises important issues for the application for wind farm policy”.
