Appeal: Clark backs second New Forest solar farm refusal

Communities secretary Greg Clark has agreed with an inspector’s decision to refuse a 5 mega-watt solar farm in Exbury, within the New Forest National Park.

This is Clark’s second refusal of New Forest solar farm in the past two weeks. A development proposed for Lymington was refused on the grounds that it posed unacceptable harm to the scenic beauty of the area.
