Appeal: Clark backs Milton Keynes homes development

Secretary of state Greg Clark has supported the granting of planning permission for 53 homes in Woburn Sands, Milton Keynes, against the decision of Milton Keynes Council.

The appeal, submitted by Frosts Family LLP, was brought before the secretary of state as it involved a residential development of more than 10 units in an area where a qualifying body has submitted a neighbourhood plan proposal to the local planning authority.
