Appeal: Barnstaple residential development deemed sustainable


Permission has been granted for 77 dwellings in Barnstaple, Devon, after an inspector decided that the accessibility of local facilities from the appeal site was appropriate.

Inspector Nick Fagan acknowledged that plans for the scheme included the creation of three pedestrian and cycle access points.
