Appeal: Assisted living community approved for former golf course site

Assisted living bungalows

Proposals for a retirement and specialist care community comprising 100 homes have been approved on the site of a former golf course in Nottinghamshire.

The development, restricted to people over the age of 55, would allow for varying degrees of care to be provided. Some residents would live independently, and others would have access to assisted living facilities.
