Appeal: 90 Herefordshire homes approved after wastewater funding dispute

Gladman Developments has been given the go-ahead to build 90 homes in Clehonger, Herefordshire, despite disagreements surrounding the implications of planning conditions to fund wastewater infrastructure improvements.

Inspector Susan Heywood noted that the appeal site lies within the catchment area of  Cage Brook, which runs through part of the Cage Brook Valley Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and into the River Wye Special Area of Conversation (SAC)/SSSI.
