Appeal: 160 Buckinghamshire homes would ‘respect historic environment’


Gladman Developments has been given permission to develop 160 homes on land just outside the settlement boundaries of the village of Longwick, after an inspector found that the proposal would be sympathetic to the historic environment of the area.

Inspector PW Clark argued that in terms of sustainability of location, Longwick has good accessibility to local services but falls short in terms of daily needs for employment and secondary education.
